Christmas can be a busy and difficult time for some people. You may be feeling anxious, worried, low or unsure where to get help.

You can contact the organisations below for support with mental health, crisis situations, bereavement or money worries. Most services are free, and you do not have to give your name.

Mental health and crisis support

Samaritans

You can call about anything that is affecting you.

Provides information and support for people with mental health concerns.

Provides free support by text if you prefer not to speak on the phone.

Provides emotional support for people affected by mental health issues.

Provides support for people who are feeling low or having suicidal thoughts.

National Debtline
