Accessing our services during the Covid pandemic

We have had enquiries from some patients about why, when other face to face services, such as hairdressing and hospitality, are reopening, we continue to provide the total triage model we have used since the start of the pandemic.  We do still provide face to face consultations to all patients who, having been assessed by a healthcare professional, require this type of consultation.  

In doing so we are complying with all current Government and NHS England guidance, which is designed to ensure we can continue our essential services, while ensuring that all patients and staff remain as safe as possible during the Covid pandemic, protecting the NHS from localised outbreaks that may cause services to close temporarily.  

Please continue to contact us either by phone or via the website, to find the most appropriate way for you to book a consultation with our clinical staff.   

We appreciate that this situation is frustrating for some patients, but please be assured that our staff are doing their utmost to manage patient enquiries in a timely and professional way. Lakeside Healthcare Group is working hard to upgrade services, such as telephony and online consultation platforms, to ensure that we can offer the best and most relevant solutions possible.
