Our Careers

We employ over 650 clinical and non-clinical staff and we invest in training and development to ensure that we attract and retain good quality staff who want to stay with us and be part of our team.

Many people have started with us in secretarial or administrative roles and worked their way into managerial roles, with many of our now Practice Managers having worked with us for decades, learning the ropes and really getting a deep understanding for patient care and General Practice.

Whichever role you join us in (we cannot promise that you will become a Practice Manager), we trust that you will have a happy and fulfilling career with us and will do our best to make sure that you get the training, development and support, to make sure you have the best opportunity to develop and realise your career ambitions.
