Anna is Exchange Court's first recipient of the 'Hug in a Mug' monthly Employee Recognition initiative!
Congratulations to Anna-Marie Vaghela at Lakeside's Central Team for her outstanding contribution to the PCN recruitment of Community Link Workers.
Anna, who is the Primary Care Network Business Support Officer, was nominated by Julie Fitzpatrick, Head of Human Resources to start the recognition initiative whereby employees are empowered to celebrate and nominate fellow colleagues.
She received a mug filled with mini sweets and chocolates and is then responsible for nominating the next recipient next month.
The scheme mirrors the 'Hug in a Mug' scheme which is already popular in our Hereward Practice.
