Lakeside Healthcare and Doctrin were finalists in the national Health Service Journal (HSJ) Partnership Awards, which are presented for 'health service excellence.'
The nomination, in the Primary Care Project category, was for our collaboration in being the first healthcare providers to roll out the platform in the UK, delivering over 125,000 Doctrin consultations across our Partnership so far. Our Hereward Practice in Bourne achieved the best-ever patient ratings in Europe with nearly 99% of respondents saying they were treated with compassion and 96% happy to recommend the platform.

Hereward's Non-Executive Director, Dr Thomas Ashley-Norman, along with colleagues and delegates from Doctrin attended the HSJ ceremony in London where awards were presented in over 20 categories.

Dr Ashley-Norman said: 'The night was a celebration of all the great work and innovation in healthcare around the country, so for us and Doctrin to be in the final was a huge accolade to our working partnership. Thanks to Doctrin, our practice teams, and, most importantly our patients, whose uptake and feedback has really demonstrated the positive impact that this digital platform has made.'
