Lisa White, a relatively new member of the team at Yaxley, is enjoying her role in Management Support, working closely with colleagues and the Practice Manager.

Lisa is familiarising herself with different administrative tasks and is quickly getting to grips with Primary Care. She is enjoying the buzz and camaraderie of her new role, which she started in August.

She said:

'It is really nice to work in a larger organisation with a bit more structure than I had in previous roles. It is good having a job where you can make a positive contribution and get involved in a range of things. It is such a nice welcoming team at Yaxley.'
