Office manager Sadie first started as a part time receptionist and she has seen many changes in the intervening decades: 'When I started it was all paper records and I worked at our Saturday morning clinics. I was also trained to do phlebotomy.'
She became office manager when the previous supervisor left, a role she has enjoyed for at least a decade. She said: 'The work has changed quite a lot with the introduction of computerised systems. We have a lovely team here and that is what keeps us going through the tough times like Covid. My team is really good and they all make all the difference, making it nice to come to work. The time has gone really quickly - I have only had three employers in my entire career which I think is quite good; I have been lucky with my jobs!'
