Jessica Bawden

Jessica Bawden became Lakeside’s Chief Executive in September 2022. 

Previously she spent over 15 years working for the NHS and, before joining us was Director of  Primary Care, Medicines Optimisation and Out of Hospital Urgent Care for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group and ICB.

She and the Executive Team track and manage performance, recruit new staff, particularly GP Partners, and make sure that Lakeside Healthcare has the right workforce, tools and assets it needs.

Jessica regularly liaises with other large scale primary care organisation, MPs, Integrated Care Boards, community organisations and patient groups and knows that collaboration, trust and openness are crucial to our success.
