This study is recruiting patients who meet the following conditions:
- Male aged 50-79 or Female aged 55-79
- Have one of the following conditions:
- Heart Disease
- Diabetes
- High Cholesterol
- Cerebrovascular Disease
- Peripheral Arterial Disease
- Have not suffered from Stroke or Myocardial Infarction
