Executive Team

The Non-Executive Directors

Each site also has a Non-Executive Director, each of whom sits on a regular Management Board, representing the staff and interests of their specific site or hub and reporting any relevant information back to colleagues at site.

Hub/Practice Managers

The Hub/Practice Managers oversee the smooth running of each site, liaising closely with the Partners and Staff as well as colleagues in the Central and Executive Teams.

Practice Staff

Due to variations in patient population each site has differing needs, impacting upon the staffing model. Practice staffing includes (but is not limited to) the following posts:

  • Clinical Team
  • Pharmacy or Dispensary Team
  • Primary Care Network Team
  • Social Prescribing Team

Central Team

The Central Team, based in Corby, Northamptonshire, supports sites with a variety of functions, enabling them to have more capacity to deal with the day to day running of their service.

Central Team functions include:

  • Payroll
  • Finance
  • Operations
  • Primary Care Networks
  • Communications
  • Information Governance and IT
