Dear patients,
This is to let you know that the Government has implemented temporary measures in regard to sickness absence, increasing the period of self-certification (before you need a doctor's fit/isolation note) from 7 days to 28 days.
The change applies to the period between 10 December 2021, up to, and including 26 January 2022, so please do not contact our practice for a fit note if the updated criteria applies to your situation.
